CONSTITUTION (DRAFT)

1.  The name of the Society is Northern TrailBlazers ATV Club.
2.  The purposes of the Society are;
1. To help promote, develop and organize the sport of recreational ATV use in the Prince George area and the Province of British Columbia.
2. To assist in any way whatsoever any organization or association promoting interest in, or development of recreational ATV Use
3. To recognize those and work with, associations or other organizations promoting interest in, or development of recreational ATV Use.
4. To receive and accept donations, contributions and gifts of any kind and nature whatsoever, and to use and apply the same in such manner as will, in the opinion of the Directors, be in the best interest of the Society;
5. To formulate and advocate policies and principals beneficial to recreational ATV Use,
6. To present a common voice on behalf of the members in all discussions that could affect them at the Local or Provincial level;
3. This Society shall be affiliated with ATV/BC. This provision is unalterable
4. The Society shall be carried on without purpose of gain for its members or directors, and any profits or other accretions to the Society shall be used in promoting its objects. This provision is unalterable.
5. The Society reserves the right to refuse membership to those who have a history of behavior which is not conducive to the purposes set out above. This provision is unalterable.
6. Upon the winding up or dissolution of the Society, any funds of the Society remaining after the satisfaction of its debts and liabilities shall be given or transferred to such organization or organizations promoting interest in recreational ATV use or the recognized British Columbia Provincial ATV organization, as may be determined by the members of the Society at the time of winding up or dissolution, and if and so far as effect cannot be given to the foregoing provisions, then such funds shall be given or transferred to some organization or organizations promoting interest in or development of some other amateur back country endeavor.
